Easter at Hickory Grove 2025 brought together the three significant events of the Christian Easter holiday. Palm Sunday, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday. It was essential to ensure each event maintained its own distinct identity while blending harmoniously with the others. Each event includes its own tailored imagery of intricate line work reflective of the event taking place. Along with the typography, the illustrations serve as 'visual glue' that ties everything together. The color palette was fully intentional and thoughtful for each event. Palm Sunday features a peaceful blue tone, signifying peace for the coming week. Good Friday uses a somber greenish gold color, toning down the mood to reflect sacrifice. Purple for Easter Sunday brings a burst of celebratory vibrance, signifying Christ's resurrection.
